-Pretty nice location. -Decent parking.

-It's hard to reach team members on "work from home" days and it makes for such an uncollaborative experience. -The Chief People Officer is rarely at the office and is very mixed in their messaging on WFH and office schedules. Certain individuals get to Work From Home all week long, while others are required to be at the office 2 to 3 times per week. It's scattered and inconsistent with how they explain what the expectations are. It's disorienting. -Atlanta is an incredible city with so many thriving fin-tech companies and a variety of different start ups to be a part of. -Relay, however, doesn't seem like one that is worth spending your time at. -Hopefully this feedback helps.

We’re genuinely sorry that your experience felt disconnected and frustrating, especially around collaboration and clarity on work-from-home expectations. Our hybrid approach has evolved over time, and while flexibility is something we believe in, we also have clear guidelines for managers applied consistently across roles, with some variation based on job responsibilities and team needs. You’re absolutely right that Atlanta has an incredible startup and fintech ecosystem, and we respect that Relay won’t be the right fit for everyone. Our goal is to keep building a workplace where expectations are clear, voices are heard, and teams feel connected, whether that’s in the office or remote. There is nothing worth mentioning

- Relay Payments is one of the most unhealthy and chaotic environments I have ever worked in - Turnover is extreme, with employees constantly coming and going in a short time - New hires disappear withing weeks as if they were never there - The "owner" title feels misleading, as it mostly translates to higher pressure, higher targets, and more responsibility with little return - Plans constantly change without warning - Compensations shifts unpredictably, making it difficult to trust what is promised -Deals fall apart for unclear reasons with little to no explanation - Clear answers and transparency are rarely provided - There is no real stability or path for growth, only constant scrambling to keep up with nonstop change
