They preach “no surprises” but they have done 2 surprise layoffs in the last 7 months. They say “We’re in it together” but they aren’t. Leaders don’t listen. People Ops/HR are just little minions bossed around by their leader. They will say hop on the rocket ship but that rocket ship has crashed and burned! This place is an absolute joke. Relay has tried to go to market with 4 products and only one has succeeded. Don’t be the next fool who falls for their tricks. Like I said…RUN!!

- Relay Payments is one of the most unhealthy and chaotic environments I have ever worked in - Turnover is extreme, with employees constantly coming and going in a short time - New hires disappear withing weeks as if they were never there - The "owner" title feels misleading, as it mostly translates to higher pressure, higher targets, and more responsibility with little return - Plans constantly change without warning - Compensations shifts unpredictably, making it difficult to trust what is promised -Deals fall apart for unclear reasons with little to no explanation - Clear answers and transparency are rarely provided - There is no real stability or path for growth, only constant scrambling to keep up with nonstop change
