      Team members are great to work with. The product could be a game-changer for the trucking industry.

      Toxic culture with management that fails to share information during meetings. Why do certain managers make their employees feel like they aren't heard when they bring their ideas and concerns to the table? They feel ignored. Certain managers feel like their ideas are always more important than their employees. The same managers will talk down to you in meetings and constantly interrupt their employees. There have been at least 3 or 4 layoffs now without warning. Then when they lay off the people who busted their butts at this job, their work gets piled on the rest of the team scrambling. There is a lot of blame from upper management when things go wrong and they like to point fingers in front of the whole company.

      We couldn’t agree more that our team members are the lifeblood of the company; in fact, our founders constantly cite “Our People” as the top three reasons we win when it comes to staying ahead of our competition. As a core value, We’re In It Together means that a good idea is a good idea no matter where or from whom in the organization it originated - that belief is foundational to how we’ve grown Relay Payments. Although on rare occasions we have eliminated a role because of shifting business priorities, it is not accurate to say there have been multiple rounds of layoffs.       - Relay Payments is one of the most unhealthy and chaotic environments I have ever worked in - Turnover is extreme, with employees constantly coming and going in a short time - New hires disappear withing weeks as if they were never there - The "owner" title feels misleading, as it mostly translates to higher pressure, higher targets, and more responsibility with little return - Plans constantly change without warning - Compensations shifts unpredictably, making it difficult to trust what is promised -Deals fall apart for unclear reasons with little to no explanation - Clear answers and transparency are rarely provided - There is no real stability or path for growth, only constant scrambling to keep up with nonstop change
