Having a great time working at this company, mostly due to the growth mindset instilled into us. There are SO many office perks such as a cycle-to-work scheme, free office lunch on Fridays, the highest level of Bupa medical coverage and sports clubs that are expensed. The offices we're at have very helpful concierge who keep the snacks stocked and always greet us with a smile. Regarding professional development, as the company is quickly growing if you show your talents and work hard you will be compensated.

Only gripe is that we are growing quickly and have moved offices three times in the past two years, Inevitably that comes with growing pains but they have always been with serviced offices with plenty of events on throughout the month.
