There to much competition so there is NO work! Constant changes. Management extremely argumentative. Especially Darrell Pickens! Constantly asking contractors to invest in the company with no real chance of seeing a return. Heavy turn-overs

Work when you feel like it. If you can find a job on the app. You can go days without seeing any loads or work.

Low pay. Mostly over the road for small carriers. Bad equipment. Rarely can get ahold of anyone at relay. General questions? Forget it. No one’s available to help you. Zero benefits
