Good opportunity to learn about hosting critical client apps on XenServer. I worked with the two owners to recommend solutions for customers and learned a lot. You get to advise customers instead of just trying to sell them something. The paid attendance to DEFCON was nice!

Svantaggi

No formal training programs and although you can ask questions you are expected to fill in knowledge gaps on your own. Everyone is in the on-call rotation.
