Never trust the members .. especially the ones with mild mental challenge or the ones with history. Don't underestimate or predict them cause it only takes a second for them to land you in trouble. And believe me. They will lie against you to get away. Secondly. Please kindly make sure you have a part time job cause I have seen him sack so many employees because of false accusation which the members either revealed to the staff or heard from someone at work that the person sacked was innocent of the accusation. If this guy doesn't like you. Don't even try making him to like you cause he won't and loves to get anyone he doesn't like out of the agency in every possible means. Thirdly. Avoid third shift as much as you can. And don't be afraid to turn the offer down whenever they ask you to come in for third shift. Remember that you are dealing with some members that could sneak out in the middle of the night
