terrible managers, micromanagement, low team morale, poor salary and benefits, in a bid to save cost, I think the company just employs the most awful people although there are some great people of course, company culture does not reflect on employee's conduct, the management doesn't really care about the people, excessive workload, prioritising cost saving measures over employee welfare. What is?
