Like every organization I have worked for, Relish demands excellence as an Account Executive. What really put a smile on my face, Relish has a "Culture Club". In the past all "clubs" for companies I worked at required overachieving quota. Relish wants employee's to add to the Culture! No toxic culture here! Love this!

It's his way or the highway. - this company terminates employees constantly. There will be no severance and there is no regard for what someone must do to keep health insurance for their family.
