It can make the environment feel discouraging for those outside that loop. • Leadership communication could be more consistent and transparent across the board.

We’re actively improving our internal processes to make the collections and payment cycle more efficient. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur across the industry due to brokerages’ dependency on property partners’ payment schedules — but we’re committed to minimizing those instances as much as possible! On leadership communication and transparency, this is valuable input and an area we’ve been focused on improving. We recently introduced our company culture deck, which clearly outlines our values, mission and vision. In addition, the founders have been hosting more calls and sharing regular company-wide updates across the group chats to ensure all agents are informed and connected. This continues to be a work in progress, and we appreciate your perspective. Finally, we want to clarify that no agents receive priority leads.
