It's unclear who the boss is... they are a family of four (parents and two sons)... I guess it depends on which department you are but in my experience, I never knew which feedback should I follow and it was constantly making my job difficult and it showed in my work... A coworker and I also had some problems with another (new) coworker and they kept telling us we were at fault when the third person was the one that actually made our lives hell (or at least mine)... I am not saying that we didn't do anything wrong that would be impossible but the only thing I didn't do in order to make it work was to go and tell everything to the "family" because I thought it unprofessional but I ended up not recognising myself by the end and paying for psychology sessions just to vent out and I lost all passion for any work related to that person (p.s. that person was the last to be laid off)
