People People People First of all, 99% of the employees are Japanese with barely fluent English. They pay you just enough to live below middle class standard of life and expect you to work overtime if you are Japanese People got zero sense of humour here and they don't question why they have to work 12hrs when it is totally not required. There are a lot of beautiful things about Japan but one thing it is not is their stupid and antiquated corporate culture, and oh they give you 5 PTO on first year. It is illegal but they don't seem to realize it.
