Pure chaos - If you are new - good luck with getting a proper training The workflow for my manager was way too much - it felt like this person works 20hrs a day Bonuses - as per contract YES - once you start they tell you - we have no money for bonuses ......for no one in the company A lot of promises and that was about it Bad planning - why hire 7-8 new people (including the HR) then fire them 2 months later ?!?! This is poor planning and the management is to be blamed
