*Very little time for training which often lacks clarity and processes always changing. *Pay structure is not what it seems. Most of your day spent on admin logging your hours. In a 9 hour day you will only clock between 4-5 hours. *The job is advertised as part time, however it just means you are being paid part time hours. Working hours are actually solid 9 hours a day at least. *Job is not part time as you have no control on having days off. You may also be asked to work weekends. *This is not a hosting position, this is a service operations position where you are performing high end customer service and following steps to complete each client in their relocation experience. *Senior management lacks effective communication skills. *Management too busy and unresponsive at times. You do not feel comfortable asking for assistance when you know perfectly one manager is dealing with 10 other hosts. *Senior management use pressure tactics and negative feedback as ways to force work. PH in general treated poorly. *Performance metrics used to ensure 'work efficiency' which can be very stressful.
