As you mentioned we do have a virtual community of over 900 Talent Advisors on our platform varying in levels of time and effort they spend in Relode, actively recruiting as we do not require a certain amount of hours or hires to use our system. Our mission is to change the traditional staffing model, and one of the ways we do this is having an in-house team of Account Executive's whose exclusive job is to manage client relationships and help our virtual recruiters make hires with those clients. We apologize if there was any confusion as a virtual recruiter with Relode that you would be actively managing the clients in our platform.
