I have never worked for a more family oriented co before. The owner is onsite everyday and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met and treats everyone as though they are family (and there is family that works there) but never once did I ever feel as though I was any less than them. Training, incentives, goals, reviews, laughs and a well rounded group of people. I hope that in my move out of state I am able to find another place as great as this one!

We do work some long hours occasionally but this is title - those that have never done it before sometimes do not understand or like it. We do get paid for our extra hours.

All the way from Managment to the CEO we are kept up to date on what is going on. They do not like us to not be aware. Communication is great!

We do work long hours. It’s the industry tho so if you don’t like them it’s prob best you don’t work for a title company then.
