      Not a single review is genuine. All the reviews are fake and employees are forced by the organization to post them. I recently resigned from this company, and after a long time I finally felt like I could breathe again because the management was extremely toxic. They do not care about employees or their well-being at all. The management culture is very negative, and the company mainly focuses on exploiting new developers and clients . Please do not join this company if you care about your well-being. It’s better to work hard for another month and find a better opportunity elsewhere rather than joining here.

The management team is respectful of personal and academic commitments and gives you the autonomy to solve problems your own way.

      Because it is a fast-scaling startup, the environment is highly dynamic and can sometimes feel chaotic. The initial onboarding can be a bit "sink or swim," so you need to be very comfortable doing your own research and figuring things out without a lot of step-by-step hand-holding.
