Too focused on bottom line instead of a long term strategy for sustainable growth. Unequal access to distribution channels but that is changing due to rapid growth. Overly territorial environment within sales team. Should be more of a teamwork and supportive environment.

Most of the management actually cares about the people that work here. Help is usually there if you ask for it.

Can be chaotic at times. Many different clients who all want their orders processed a different way. Relatively high turnover with the use of temporary labor.
