It is a start up company and on top of that it is a software company. Things change fast and often. You must be committed to your work and understand it's not always an 8-5. It's a labor of love and i feel great to be a part of it.

The organization unfortunately falls short in several key areas. Firstly, there is a notable absence of comprehensive training opportunities, which can hinder the professional growth and skill development of employees. Furthermore, the workplace environment is not conducive to fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere, with instances of honest employee mistakes being publicly shamed, potentially deterring open and transparent communication. Trust in employees appears to be lacking, resulting in a pervasive atmosphere of micromanagement. Moreover, there seems to be a disregard for maintaining consistent working hours, and employees are regularly expected to extend their workdays beyond standard hours due to last-minute fires that, with proper planning, could have been prevented. These concerns collectively contribute to a challenging work experience within the organization.
