Hey thanks for the review. I get your frustrations, sales and marketing are not for everyone. We produce some top sales reps and are proud of their work. They are changing the dynamics of their family tree by maintaining an awesome attitude, building and leading their team to success, and staying consistent. We do have some people working 6 days a week, and it's because they want too!! We do in fact have an hourly base and you get paid every Friday.

•Coming in with prior experience isn’t a good thing •When I quit, my checks were skimmed •No one is returning my calls •You deal with a lot of negatives with little compensation •Little to no coaching •Management thinks the know more than you and are close-minded about changing •You’re ridiculed for setting the pace and “not following the system” •They preach “don’t focus on uncontrollables” and only focus on “uncontrollables” •They’ll tell you you’ll work 35-45 hours per week when it turns out being 60-70 •ABOVE ALL ELSE, THEY DONT PAY YOU WHAT YOUVE EARNED

Hi and thank you for the taking the time to leave a review. We have a clock in and clock out app which tracks all hours. Employees are responsible for their time and each week our administrator will confirm and sign off hours worked with each employee and discuss the bonuses earned. They must exceed the hours worked in order to be seen in the pay weekly. Our HR team has not received a call from anyone with concerns regarding their pay, if you did reach out we would love to know whom you spoke with to try and resolve this issue.
