Easy work once you get the hang of it, though that can take quite a long time as the needs are very specific and not well-defined on their own--lots of trial and error in the beginning. There is understanding and some minor flexibility with deadlines as these kinks are worked out.

Appalling pay structure for freelancers. Minimal pay is meant to come a month after work is completed. Payment, however, is routinely delayed and contacts at the company act as though they're doing you a really great service by deigning to have hired you in the first place and wonder why you're even concerned about getting paid. Payment for remote, digital work of this kind should be made immediately upon completion, and Remazing should recognize that freelancers coming from Upwork have come to expect funds to be escrowed in advance and then payment to be prompt. Poor communication is really the crux of issues I experienced and other freelancers should be very wary of asking LOTS of questions and protecting themselves before agreeing to start work.

Fin dal primo giorno, si percepisce un'energia molto distinta e positiva che contraddistingue questa azienda. L'ambiente di lavoro è eccezionalmente sano, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è la genuina attenzione rivolta al singolo individuo. A dire il vero, finora non ho riscontrato particolari inconvenienti durante il mio soggiorno qui. È un ambiente molto equilibrato.
