*Training is a joke. Zero of it formal for the PM role. If you're not a super-fast learner with an eidetic memory, you wont make it with current management expectations.
* Current management is toxic and has no clue what a learning curve is. They tell you something once and while trying to retain everything else you are trying to learn, if you have to ask again, you are made to feel stupid.
* Processes and procedures are different depending on who you ask. Not a good way to learn when you have to re-learn it
*Job duties are not clear or concise. Changes depending on multiple variables.
*Very clique ridden.
*You'll never know if you're on the chopping block. No warnings, no write ups, no "you have to do this better".
