I loved working with really intelligent people--they were incredibly knowledgable people, and it showed. They also were one of the most diverse and equitable groups of people I've ever worked with.

Incredibly poor work/life balance seemed to be the norm, and there were definitely some big egos in leadership that were unwilling to hear why certain approaches, technologies, or methodologies wouldn't work.
