7yThanks so much for sharing your feedback. I'm glad that you believe in our vision and mission and that you have a positive outlook of the company. I also really appreciate the feedback to management. As a rapidly growing company, it is hard to balance hiring externally vs. building capacity internally but we want to support the development of internal candidates as much as possible so we recently hired a senior leader to help with development. I'm sorry that you experienced a "Diversity/Equity/Fraternity Effect" at Remitly. As you said, it's an industry-wide issue but we're investing very intentionally in D&I. We have a D&I guild with over 100 members in it and we recently opened a role to hire a senior full time D&I leader to support this work. If you would ever be open to meeting with me so I could learn more about your experience at Remitly, I'd welcome the opportunity.
