Is also a company where it doesn't matter that you don't have the appropiate skills or minimum knowledge to be a manager. You already did an interview and got the position. You've won the lottery. They are firing people who spoke up and didn't settle for unfairness. So goodbye freedom! Internal promotion will be now impossible . They have approved something called secondments. Which basically is that a manager selects someone that they like to make a temporary job. Which also means that this temporary job was not public to everyone and lets the rest of the office without opportunities to appy. Hard work doesn't pay off. Core values are just values to learn to pass the interview.
