First - found previous review appropriate. Remobis is a subsidiary of well-known DKV, but unfortunately, this does not reflect on the quality of Remobis as a workplace. The company seems to lack the autonomy to make process changes, resulting in frustrating work experiences. The high turnover rate is a clear indication that employees do not enjoy working there, and it is evident why. One of the significant issues with Remobis is the lack of innovation. The company seems to be stuck in its ways, unwilling to adapt to new ideas, technologies, and methodologies. This results in a stale work environment, where employees feel disengaged and demotivated. Moreover, the workload is unreasonably high, with no consideration for a work/life balance. Employees are expected to work long hours when deadline is set, which takes a toll on their mental health and personal life. This leads to high levels of stress and burnout, which further exacerbates the toxic work culture. In conclusion, Remobis is not the right choice for independent and young professionals. New companies offer a more attractive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth. The toxic work culture, high workload, and low innovation make Remobis a less desirable option compared to new companies. Professionals should consider their options and choose a workplace that values their contributions and encourages their growth.
