The sales and marketing management were all pretty well grounded. They "had" a pretty good product but it was too late to market. About two years behind competitions rollout of similar products. At one point the had a great sales force.

The "old school" or "long time" management had financially run the company into the ground twice before I got there. They were determined to take the current investors money and fulsh it also... They accomplished the goal... All this after being de-listed, then re-listed from the NASDQ, only to be de-listed AGAIN... The Board of Directors should have fired all these crusty failures 5 years earlier. Shame on the Board...
