Had some good processes in place. Their benefit package is very nice. The people are very nice as well.

Some processes were very dysfunctional. Workers felt that what they thought didn't matter. Moral is very low.

Lots of time to study to myself

They will hire you and lay you off 3 months later because they didn't expect the senior engineers to pull away from current projects and because "You aren't growing here." If I was a new college graduate I would choose somewhere else to start.
