No pros- asking employees to take another employee Interview for client, and client interview never happens, don't know how to talk to employees, give preference to third class employees from third class colleges with zero knowledge

1. They have no money to give people 2. Ask freshers or zero knowledge employee to take Interview of much knowledgable employee for client 3. Client interview never happens, they ask everyday to give interview to other employees who have zero knowledge 4. Employees staying from 4-5 years think they are owner of company 5 . Dont know how to talk to employees 6. Toxic work culture, never join this company, join only if you want to destroy mental peace
