- The recruitment process is one of the worst I’ve experienced: over two months with long periods of ghosting and no clear follow-ups. - Zero visibility into next steps you feel lost throughout the process. - When signing the contract, communication is disrespectful, almost as if you are forbidden from speaking with the client. Even if it’s part of the process, the tone and delivery are unprofessional. - Payment is restricted to Payoneer only. If you face issues with your account, you are left completely on your own. - Contract terms are highly unfavorable — e.g., a $2,000 penalty if you leave before the end date. - Equipment is a serious issue: the company says they provide it, but in reality you either get low-quality rented machines that don’t meet job requirements or you’re forced to use your own without any compensation. - Offboarding is another nightmare. Instead of arranging pickup (as is standard), they pressured me to personally deliver equipment, even sending me a Google Maps pin via WhatsApp. This shifts cost, time, and responsibility unfairly to the employee despite the equipment not even being suitable for the job in the first place.
