I enjoyed working for the company. I received in depth training and my input on becoming more efficient was taken into consideration. I learned a lot while I was there. My manager was hands on and had a open door policy.

better benefits would have been nice

The overall model that the company follows is great and has the possibility to have serious positive impact on the lives of the clients.

The implementation of the model within the actual facilities is poorly executed.
