People are nice and friendly.

Svantaggi

Commission structure is awful paying £5 per car for the first 5 cars. Site is horrible with no customer parking and used cars are worse than BCA auction standards.

Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

Svantaggi

As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
