Selfish Management - Recensione dipendente - Buyer presso Renault Group

The management neither in France nor in Turkey doesnt care about the employees. The raises are at the end of April while its not the same case for other group entities nor other OEMs and Tier1s. This makes a performance to the HR team by giving 2 salaries less on yearly basis. Considering inflation in TR, I dont recommend working at any part of Oyak Renault. The management cares more about Blue Collars more than white, there is no equality.
