1. Top Down Management - very structured and a lot of barriers. 2. Bonus of a few hundred pounds IF you are lucky. 3. Very high turnover due to extreme workloads, and lack of long term incentives. 4. The teams are very cliquey and not at all accepting or welcoming to new joiners. 5. Your colleagues have no incentive to help as it doesn't drive their own bonus/performance reviews. 6. A culture of heavy micromanagement and extremely low employee morale. 7. If you visit the office, have a good look around the teams, and you will feel the depressed atmosphere 8. You are provided very little, to no training on joining and are left to work out your own role. 9. A lot of the organization is ran by toxic personalities that are concerned more about self preservation, than team/organisational growth. 10. Study fees covered - but you are expected to repay them fully unless you stay for a year or two after qualifying 11. No accounting system - the hybrid property-accounting system is out of date. Its too limited and not fit for purpose.
