      I have worked at several agencies and RenderTribe is different in that the team is truly a team. Creatives don't take offense at Account Managers for communicating client changes. Everyone pitches in. The team feels more like a family; a family that wants to see clients win. RenderTribe is also different in that everything that is done has marketing data behind it. We don't propose canned strategies to clients. We are responsible for driving leads and spending budget for good outcomes, and that's what we do. It's a good feeling.

      There aren't many cons to working at RenderTribe. We often find ourselves doing several different things in a day to pitch in - which really isn't negative.

      If I were to sum up working at RenderTribe in a few brief sentences, it would be as follows: An experienced team of individuals. Everyone helps one another - kind of a small family. Given a lot of responsibility and independence, which is extremely rewarding. High expectations, but it is because everyone believes in your potential and ability. Always learning. Friendly and fun, but always getting work done. Flexible and understanding - appreciate a work/life balance. A place I truly enjoy working at and am so thankful to be part of such a wonderful, supportive team.

      Things move quickly, which isn't necessarily a bad thing - you just have to be able to adapt and handle things as they change.
