If I were to sum up working at RenderTribe in a few brief sentences, it would be as follows: An experienced team of individuals. Everyone helps one another - kind of a small family. Given a lot of responsibility and independence, which is extremely rewarding. High expectations, but it is because everyone believes in your potential and ability. Always learning. Friendly and fun, but always getting work done. Flexible and understanding - appreciate a work/life balance. A place I truly enjoy working at and am so thankful to be
