very little pressure to achieve anything as there isn't anything to sell. You can be totally left alone Although the business is weak, at least its better than the sister company in Brunswick

the business has no direction. Management is weak and cannot make a decision. Operations run the business and consistently fail to deliver. Private equity owners just looking at selling. Personnel in Jax think they have knowledge of the market they operate in but are isolated and know very little. Not enough R&D resource

The best thing about Rennesenz is the great people. The work is challenging and the workload is reasonable, so work / life balance is good.

Not much to say here, other than my job is contract, so that is about the only drawback. Good company to work for.
