The workspace is inspiring and comfortable and there is no micro-managing, yet you are held accountable to your goals in a systematic way. They have leadership with impressive experience. There have been some growing pains with expansion to new markets. You do have to be in the office 4 days per week, although each of those days you can work 2 of your 8 hours from home if you prefer.
