Terrible Management - Recensione dipendente - Embedded Engineer presso Rennova Solutions

1. Joining letter, HR Policies will not be given at the time of Joining, Pay Slips are also not provided. Won't get any increment in salary as they promise (like they say you will get a hike in three months, if you need Salary hike you need to ask for it. Their HR Policies tend to bend in favor of the Management only) 2. 6 working days every week, Still they force to work past the office time everyday.will be called also on Sundays to work until you came to know about compensation leaves which will not be informed by Management (I lost 5 comp off). 3. Only 4 public holidays per year, There is no criteria for Paid leaves as they are distributed among their beloved ones, I worked for more than 1 year and still didnt recieved any 4. They treat staff like slaves by pushing harder on staff to work for more than 12 - 14 Hours per day promising Incentives, which wont be recieved. 5. They are not concerned about Employee health and well being work-Life Balance, only works for pure monitory benefits 6. Original Certificate are forced to submit during joining. If you get a good opportunity, they try every way to stop you from changing the company, even the management is ready to get into third class plays (My friend got a good opportunity, he informed the management and they happily accepted the resignation, make him work for his notice period (1 month) and at the end they denied Relieving letter and Experience Certificate for the fellow) 7.Ladies are also forced to work for extra hours everyday. Hostel is provided and is at the front of the company for the easiness to make them work extra hours(extra 3-4 hours daily and no benefits to employee), Cabs not provided 8.Salary is not received on time, Plan for extra 2-3 days 9.Management is not hesitant to tell lies, not trust worthy. Promises tend to change, incentives tend to change (Instructions and benefits are shared Orally, No mail will be passed other than work related files) 10.Management don't have a professional approach towards the employees
