Good growth in organisation - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Rennova Solutions

Created as a conglomerate, Rennova sells EMR, LIS Labservices, Billing, Cancer research solutions.

Fairly new company in its present state. Except for growing pains, all is good.

Hardware department is good. Haven't seen any other pro's.

-6 days working(For an "IT" company), mostly have to work on Sundays too. -Will make you work 12+ hours a day by promising incentives but will never receive. - No joining letter, Payslips, PF or insurance. - Will trap you if you give your certificates.Never submit your original certificates(which is actually illegal). -Software department is not upto the mark. They just do generic IOT projects mostly involving arduino. - U will not have any exposure to any latest cutting edge technology( as promised during joining time). -Mostly salary will not be received on time(and don't expect any email informing the delay). - Zero work-life balance, too much pressure. -Only 4-5 public holidays in a year and not a single paid leave. You take leave and you lose salary. -No HR or HR department available. -You'll lose your standard and your vocabulary, the day you join. Guys don't waste your time,try a little more harder and join a good company, you deserve much better.
