They overwork their drivers. They over promise to their clients (Same day sourcing and delivery with no warehouse to work out of). They work their employees forced overtime basically everyday. Little room for growth in the company if at all. They lie to your face basicallt daily about goals, routes, customer info, and drop offs. All they care about is pushing the needle no matter how many backs it breaks. Was hired as their 3rd driver in Boston and then trained their next 3 hires without compensation. I quickly found out I knew more than basically everyone in the boston division (material knowledge, delivery routes, proper form, customer service, lead generation, etc.). My coworker and I told the boss if we left the rest of their employees would follow. After we left the following 4 drivers also left the company and they were left with one Green hire. I have now found out they just hired 3 new drivers and plan to just keep washing out the help. 10/10 would never recommend this company to anyone even in desperation.
