If you're someone who likes to take initiative and build things from the ground up, RENPHO can be a really rewarding place. There’s a lot of freedom to try new ideas, and as long as you put in the work, you’ll be just fine. I always felt supported by the team when launching something new, which made the fast-paced environment a lot more collaborative and fun. It’s a great place for self-starters who want to make an impact.

Because it’s a leaner team, you have to be comfortable wearing a lot of hats. It’s not the place for someone who needs rigid structure or a super defined roadmap.

Interview process was quick, if you know chinese you're a shoo in for a position

Management wants to target US audience but all employees are Chinese. they don't know how to speak english well and rely on chatgpt to reply to emails. Management doesn't know what to do with employees, extremely high turnover rate. Don't accept a job offer from here or don't even dare apply here. You will regret it in the long run. All you will have is shame and time wasted.
