growth within stores, don't expect to go much further though. compensation is ok, not as good as competitors, no personal time ever, hours at RAC are ridiculous and not needed, holiday weeks you work longer hours to make up for time you weren't there on the holiday. you are paid less unless you are salaried on any week containing a holiday, and you work more time. the company is cocky and feels they can do no wrong, not as helpful as they would like to appear. their choice in health care is despicable this job is only good if you are single and young. you will have no time for your family

long hours, compensation, lack of movement, employee benefits, lack of free time, vacation time, personal time, the amount of stress i have felt at this company is ridiculous even when on my off day i feel as if i am working, their training is non existent, they are so strapped at times for people to work for them that they just throw them to the wolves and let them "learn" on the job, the customer base at least in an inner city is really disgusting you work for/with the lowest of the low these people have no respect for themselves or others and these are your "customers"

Poor management on many levels. From a store level, extending to corporate, the “leadership” needs work on their people skills. People are only capable of handling so much, and the lack of support from upper management makes it harder to work day to day. Additionally, the goalpost is always moving. If you manage to exceed their expectations, completing those same goals will no longer be good enough. The lack of support when it comes to customer abuse is embarrassing. We’re in 2026 and we should want to support the teams that are keeping the company running. Corporate is out of touch with reality. Anyone making over 6 figures a year no longer view customers as people, but as numbers. It doesn’t matter what horrid stories you hear on a daily basis, they are expected to bend to standards that shouldn’t exist anymore.
