The fleixbility is nice, but if you need true full time work this is not for you.

Beware the owner! While working there, he withheld an employee's pay because he was mad at them for quitting, and he threatened to do the same when I gave him 2 weeks notice. No one should be threatened by their employer and wages already earned should NEVER be withheld for any reason.
