Don't be deceived by all the positive reviews. Most folks that were let go were not allowed to right bad reviews or they wouldn't get their severance pay.
The problem is the leadership team. Mainly the CEO and COO. New grads who got lucky with an idea prior to COVID. They have no real work experience and it shows with their management and so called "strategy". Basically if things don't go well, they just fire folks to take the blame and eat the cost so they still remain in good faith with investors.
Company isn't going to go that far with their last round of funding being over 4 years ago and not doing anything with AI.
