The management here means well, but they allow things to fall through the cracks all too often. The CEO and COO do not work together in tandem, resulting in odd managerial decisions and confusion, not to mention service for customers that suffers. They also underpay their employees due to the nature of starting a company from scratch. I wouldn't count on a long-term job here, they are not well established enough.
