Great company culture, lovely people, inclusive and supportive. I didn't work there for long but I honestly only have good things to say about the people who employed me there and who I worked with.

The nature of the job but this was not related to the company. We all need to pay our bills, and I find it sugarcoating, and quite frankly even quite insulting when these days I see a customer service job advert with "Do you have a passion for customer service?". Is that a thing, really? Customer service means dealing with people over the phone for 8 hours or more. Does it feed your energy? Or does it drain you to the point of not wanting to deal with the phone or people after work? During my time there, I dealt with unhappy, stressed, angry people because, like most of us (also customers), they don't read terms and conditions, which does not come without consequences. It was our job to fix that; sometimes it was possible, and sometimes it wasn't. Nothing specific to the company; it's just how our society works, really. Maybe one of the positive outcomes from AI (despite the scary and negative ones) will be that some of those difficulties will be solved, and the job might be easier after all.
