The company allows for a lot of liberties and implements new ideas quickly. It is great to see such open mindedness from employees rather than leaving them with no decision making.

Small con that is understandable. Due to the company not being well established yet in the US, there is a lack of structure for processes in the company. This is mostly because the content that was made is mostly done in Portuguese.
