I stared my career at Rentech designs right out of the college and have not looked back since. Believing in our product and our mission is easy, but it's the people that make my job meaningful. Rentech designs is filled with the people all around the states working towards a single goal. As we have grown and scaled one of the areas we have continued to thrive is hiring top talent. Not only we do hire top performers and leaders we hire people that are kind, trustworthy and empathetic. This all make me proud to call Rentech designs my employer.

No cons ... so far its going perfectly good

It's been 3+ years working here. Nice work culture. Senior Management is very supportive as I have got good growth opportunity to manage large accounts.
