Micro-Managed on a daily basis, unorganised daily structure, different geographic location daily, could start in Northern Suburbs in Melbourne on day of the week and shift over to South East or Peninsula on the next day, promised close to home allocations of works, never seen it. Old company vehicle and outdated equipment (Non Safe) - overdue for service and no first aid nor anything supplied with vehicle. No NHVR structure, no fatigue management, accident waiting to happen with countless phone calls and emails throughout the day. Stay away.
